I had a booking done on oyo with the booking id svwo7360 which i wanted to get cancelled and rebook due to last minute price drop, however when i called up the customer care, they wasted my time first because of the long call waiting and then making them understand the concern and by the time they understood that time it was 12:01 pm, after which free cancellation period expired. Three different people from same team called me up ten different times and all said this was against our policy.
I am really shocked to see the way they have made a fool of me, and just for 2-3 minutes of delay in cancellation and that too because of there own problems they are refusing to help and pay back the overcharged amount. Every time there people called and told me same lines that they have learnt. Disgusting experience i had with oyo.
This is the first time i tried oyo and trust me it is pathetic. I will not advise anyone to get a room booked from here. Not worth!!! Was this information helpful? |
