Today i called around 1430 to 1500 hrs. I told one executive to check the hotel in jamshedpur near xlri campus, jamshedpu. I told him that, i want to check nearby hotel near xlri campus, he heard as temple temple he was repeatedly saying temple i am repeatedly telling him not temple its campus campus campus still he could not hear properly i told him atlast campus with high voltage voice then he said camps. Is this kind of people you keep in your call center they do not have good communication skills also. They are wasting our energy its very hard to say that your people are very pooor pooor and worst in your organisation.
