[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — oyo charged me extra.. and no receipt.

Booked for one day and paid at the time of check-in. Later booked the same place for two more days. At the time of checkout, charged for all the three days. (As i had to leave early, my friend checked out. He was not aware of the payment i have done on the first day).
Even more shocking is, even after staying and paying for three days, last day is shown as 'cancelled' in app. So no receipt for payment.
Issue raised to oyo customer care 10 days back.. No resolution but standard apology mails.

Got called from OYO on the very next day of posting the complaint in consumercomplaints.in. OYO has investigated the issue and resolved it. I received receipt for the payment done and refund for the extra payment. Thanks to Mr. Ahamed, oyo captain and Mr. Rahul, Guest Experience Manager. Spl. thanks to consumercomplaints.in.
