[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — oyo charging multiple times for one booking

I booked a room with OYO for Feb 11 and 12th. Upon checking my credit card i noticed that OYO had charged me twice under OYO Rooms and once under Oravel Stay Pvt ltd. Thats 3 charges for the same rooms. They repeated the same for the 12th. Upon calling them, the customer service advised me that it was due to a system glitch and the charges will be reversed. I haven't see any reversal. I don't know what kinda glitch they have whick knows how to overcharge but never misses to take payment
