Dear sir/madam,
I booked capital o 44049 marina square via oyo official website for the date 14th of december 2019 and 15th of december 2019. The booking id of the same are cuea6270 and xqoe9104 for the amount 765/- and 837/- and both the bookings were confirmed with option to pay at hotel. Hence, i started my journey from pondicherry to chennai and shockingly when i reached the hotel the manager at the hotel to accommodate me in the hotel. The reason given by him the amount for which i booked the hotel is less and they cannot accommodate me for anything lesser then 1000/- per day. I was extremely tired as i had to drive for almost 160kms to reach there and had an appointment to attend. Then i called oyo and informed them the issue but even they tried to convince the manager, but he did not agree to allow me the stay. This whole transaction wasted my 3 hours with extreme mental harassment. When no one were ready to help i tried different options but rooms were not available nearby as it was weekend. Finally i had to pay 1000/- per day at the same hotel and stay as no options were left over. The hotel manager also told that oyo don't pay them or settle their amount. I therefore request you to kindly review the case and do the needful. For the above issue and the mental disturbance i would like to file a compensation of rs. 15, 000/-.
