Hi,
My self vipan dhawan did booking with oyo rooms for mata chintapurni temple mandir hotel on 10th november with booking id: fehd0283.
When we reached the hotel, the property manager denied the check-in and asked us to pay 2700/- in cash whereas we have already paid.
Also, we were 10 members and having one 2 month baby as well and we waited for almost 1 hour on the road and requested as well to oyo team and hotel to give some solution but n return we got abusing behaviour from hotel staff.
Oyo staff told they will refund the amount and we got an email confirmation also. But it has been now 14 days, we didn't get payment in bank account.
Now when i called to oyo, you team is claiming that we have cancelled the booking due to health reason and oyo is at no fault.
She asked almost 10-15 question and then disconnected the phone.
Please help us and i will ask you to ban the oyo from india. Please find email.
