Hello, I made a booking on 24nov2020 Booking id- HKBA3870 with hotel - OYO 6327 Hotel Hill View, booking amount - 1029 was taken and when I visited hotel I found that hotel was in bad condition when told this to hotel manager to provide a clean room he denied and said I can cancel the booking
so I cancelled the booking before checking-in into the hotel room but Oyo rooms denied to refund my money and took all my money, kindly help me provide my refund.
