I and my colleagues had stayed in oyo 17036 r k regency narhe pune on official work, booked through oyo on booking ids : vfsx8910, empz1360, goin3749, foza4317, prct0167. For all these stays i have only got payment receipt from oyo, which only has details of stay and mode of payment, but oyo doesn't provide a proper tax invoice with gst and other details, as required by my company for claiming purpose and which is also mandated by indian law. Oyo customer care when contacted says, this will be issued by hotel but hotel personnel says, it can't issue tax invoice for rooms booked though oyo. Because of this all my expenses are stuck and i am facing a serious difficulty in claiming my expenses.
