The worst customer service experience served by oyo's cx experience managers
Bunch of fresh high school passouts sitting and playing with customer's time and money.
They cancelled my booking with a promise of full refund in 7-14 days and its been more then 25 days with regular hang ups if we call for update.
Every call to them. Is now a headache they will either behave as sick heads or hang uo on you as they don't have any sense of responsibility Was this information helpful? |
