I have booked andman package from oyo total holiday, the worst decision of my life. The sales team took rigourous follow up till late evening hours till the time payment was not made by me, the entire situation changed post the payment. Its almost 15 days since i made the payment and no hotel vouchers shared. When call mr. Dimple nagpal and his manager mr. Sajan they assure me the file is transferred to operations team. I tried connecting with operation team initially they told me its in process, now they are again redricting me to mr. Dimple. I am unable to understand the unprofessional attitude of the oyo total holiday manforce. I want refund of the money paid.
Kindly look into the matter earliest.
