Date of booking -05.11.2019 total amount - rs.1, 19, 000/- + discount (Rs.5500/-) amount paid-rs.30, 000/-
Grievance details: i have booked a trip of thailand from the company oyo rooms (Oyo total holidays) and the company confirmed my booking and the total amount they told me after discount was rs.1, 14, 000/- with a discount of rs.5, 500/- and paid rs.30, 000/- already paid by me while booking but now they are demanding more money from me.
The rest of the amount which he is suppose to pay is rs.84, 000/- but they are saying they will no longer provide the booking to me all they will do is just provide the flight ticket and they have cancelled everything else from there end.
For that flight ticket they are asking 8500 more and if i don't pay that they are saying they will cancel my flight and will not refund anything.
I have paid for the entire package but they have cancelled it from there end. I have already given them a written complaint but they are no longer responding or resolving my query neither are they providing any eta.
If you can not provide the package you should give a full refund.
Yet customer care does not respond agent does not respond no one responds unless it suits them.
