We have booked 8 rooms in travel inn, dharwad (Oyo - 22528) for the apr 21st under the customer name "sneha kulkarni". Go ibibo booking id - htlddecwxq, hotel booking id - [protected]
The hotel guys had called up today and cancelling the booking, reason given was for maintenance.
How can you cancel at last moment when the purpose of booking a room was for the marriage events. I am not sure are these rooms has been assigned to some other customer for more money.
Is this how you treat your customers? I am raising a complaint with department of consumer affairs and district consumer dispute redressal forum against you guys.
Oyo, travel inn, go ibibo, whomsoever responsible will be escalated.
Will be taking legal procedures if not satisfactory.
