[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — oyo vouchers purchased on paytm not be reimbursed by oyo

Paytm for OYO. On 20th October, I booked a Hotel ‘Hotel South End’ in Chandigarh, Booking ID IOKE7812. They informed me tha5t that coupon will be applied at the time of checkout. But during checkout, the coupon was not working and I had to pay via Cash. When we arrived in Delhi, we filed this complaint with OYO. On 25th Oct, we received an email from them assuring us that in the next booking they would provide me a complimentary stay for 1500 INR in future booking (Ref ID[protected]
On 15th May, 2019, I booked a hotel (Booking ID PASZ2107) it this amount was never adjusted in this booking. When I called the customer care, they refused to adjust that complimentary stay and again I had to pay cash. On 14th Aug, again a hotel was booked (Booking ID DPYH and again the refusal by customer care and payment being made in cash.
On 1st DEC, I again booked a hotel In 2018, I purchased a coupon from(HQDT5083) and again requested for OYO to adjust this amount but they refused and hence I cancelled the booking. The next day, I called customer care and they booked a hotel on my behalf BKAJ2956 ‘Hotel Venus’ OYO property no. 444 from 14-15 Dec. The room rent for that hotel is 1806 INR and they adjusted 1500 in this and I only had to pay the balance amount and I was satisfied with this resolution. But on 9th Dec, I got a message from OYO that due to unavoidable circumstances we need to change your booking (the booking ID BKAJ2956) from Capital O444 Hotel Venus to another Hotel and without my permission or consultation they booked a hotel ‘Urban Inn’. The room rent in this case was 1231 INR and they adjusted the complimentary stay amount for 90INR instead of 1500. I called them once again and they said the rent of this hotel is less due to which they cannot apply the 100 Coupon. Also, they suggested if I want to book a hotel of my liking I will need to cancel this booking and book a new hotel and they will apply this 1500 coupon in that booking. So I cancelled that on 9th Dec and the next morning I booked a new Hotel with booking ID FOKV8759. The room rent was 1693 INR and then I called the customer care, they continue to assure me that we are working on your request and they will get back to me. But I didn’t receive anything from them that day.
On 11th Dec, in evening I got an email from them saying that they have already applied this coupon in the booking ID BKAJ2956 and they cannot provide the complementary stay to me.
Now, due to your technical issues, that coupon was wasted and I have followed every instruction you provided me and still I haven’t received and resolution. It’s been 14 months and still you have no resolution for this issue. In the last conversation, all you have said to me is we cannot do anything.
This is not how you provide a resolution, in all the way, the fault was yours and I should not be penalized for that. Correct this and provide a satisfactory resolution.
