[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — paid money done 2 times shifting waited 5 hours

I book oyo room 6 days in advance
Paid money 6 days in advance
When i reach on 20th dec for check-in it was told we cant accomodate we are full.
We were shifted 3times then were place around 6km far from our location
And at that hotel it was told u have to pay extra 5000 as we are giving you urgent checkin.
Urgent check in was done not from our end it was oyo management mess created.
