I booked 2 rooms- 4 guests in Oyo 12311 Thor Thikana DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. I paid an amount of 2797 via Oyo app. The amount was deducted from my account, I even received the amount deduction text, email from the bank. The hotel staff said they have not received the payment so I had to pay again and I had to pay cash 2900 to the hotel.

I reached out to my bank and got to know that transaction amount of Rs. 2797.00 has been debited towards PAY*WWW OYOROOMS COM, GURGAON, IND on February 13, 2021 and Merchant has claimed the amount on February 15, 2021.
However, when I reached out to the Oyo customer service multiple time they are all telling me the payment is failed.
