I had booked oyo in mumbai for 30th dec and 31st dec which worked appropriately. I had came late night on 31st dec so i also booked it for 1st dec (Booking id:- awlf5824) which showed me booking has been confirmed. Moreover, hotel people started calling me at 11am to check out from hotel as they have finished tie up with oyo suddenly. I called customer care and had a conversation for 1 hour on new year and no resolution was provided and they said we can shift you in another hotel but i really wanted to change the hotel i would have not booked same hotel for 3 consecutive days. Being a regular customer of oyo no resolution was provided in 1 hour call, not a sake of complimentary thing also. We have worked in professional field of hotels. If you show me that hotel online then you made booked and i face lots of problem from hotel as well as oyo side. I need some resolution or this case will be forwarded to higher management also. I will not leave you guyz this easily.
Hope to get some good as gesture of being this big company.
