Hi Team,
I had booked a room for 3-4oct but somehow thanks to oyo app it got booked for 1-2 oct,
I called multiple times in modification department but didn't get any response called in booking department, please refer to the recordings, I called for 6-7 times, got a wrong commitment for transferring calls or talking to senior but got a pathetic response and hangups on my face without my concern.
I had paid complete amount still getting pathetic after booking services, I booked a room at 12:50 around, how can I cancel the booking before 9 am????
Does this thing make any sense??
And If I need a modification non of Oyo executive helped me in that also,
How could they do this to there paid customers???
No call facility to modify the date or we can see after paid support.
No transferring of calls to senior or to the concerned department.
No proper portal service.
I talked to hotel they said "Sir please make sure you never opt for paid feature from oyo if you had didn't paid the amount they will definitely made the changes but they won't help you in this regard after payment nor they will pay the amount to hotel".
Literally I made so many calls and didn't get any help seriously.
I am in a mood after seeing the service to sue oyo, for my money and taking my peace of mind and time.
