Yesterday (5th August 2021) I make a booking for 1 room dated for 6th to 7th August but while I was paying through phonepe the payment deducted twice
And I got 2 msg for deduction. And checked my bank details there also the payment deducted twice.
Booking ID is PS170107
Mobile no. Register through which I made booking is [protected]
I tried calling Oyo customer support but no professional response from them, they kept me on hold and after some time the just cut the call. Very irresponsible behaviour.
Then I cancelled the booking thinking that both the payment should get revert back. But still till day I have not got my payment back.
Try to resolve this issue and get me my money back.
