I made the payment but didn't receive the booking confirmation or any booking ID. The payment was of 562 Rs Via my Paytm wallet and the app doesn't show any booking I'd for the same payment made.
Here lies the loophole where I am trying to contact customer care and ask for solution, but they can't provide any as they have to have a booking Id in order to proceed.
After which I had conversation with one of the customer care regarding the same and he informed me that there's a technical glitch to it and he would initiate a refund procedure, but no action has been taken till now.
I am trying to connect Oyo through mail and customer care but there is no response from their side. I even tried Paytm for the same but yet no firm response.
Requesting for instant refund.
