I booked a room at oyo 16723 on the oyo app.
When we reached the hotel for check-in, the hostel staff informed us that the cooling in air-conditioner is low and requested us to adjust. We happily agreed to adjust a bit. However, the ac wasn't functional at all.
On request of room change, the staff said it is the last room available, so we decided to leave and cancel the booking. Then the staff showed us 2-3 more rooms and in no rooms the ac was functional.
I can understand ac not functional in a room due to some technical problems, however ac not functioning in any room is unacceptable.
Morever, the hotel staff has no manners to talk to a female, and they are overtly rude and ill-mannered. I request the oyo authorities to speak to the hotel owner and if possible remove the hotel from the partners list.
Dirty rooms, unclean bedsheets, cockroaches, ill rude staff, this experience is not at all acceptable from a brand like oyo. Was this information helpful? |
