[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Poor hotel rooms

Hi, we booked oyo rooms in vizag. Oyo rooms are providing below quality rooms after giving you the assurance that it will be a great stay. They don't provide the hotel names before booking so that we can not take any review of that hotel. After that they provide a noisy bed, no foot mat in the room, no towel in the bathroom, not a single chair or table, no hanger in the wordrobe. They give us all these things after taking 1600 per night. Their customer care number is not reachable and there oyo captain number is also not reachable. Please take some action. They just spoiled our holiday.
