[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — poor response after taking advance amount and ignorance on requested amendments in the package

I booked an international package to bali with oyo total holidays.
At the time of booking they said we are open to make any kind of amendments in the package after the booking as well, i paid the advance of 15000/- the total amount of the package was 60000/-

Before paying the advance the salesman kirandeep was responding very properly and committed me that he make the changes in the property if i need.

Then i asked him to change the property and give me a revised quotation, he didn't reverted me.
I waitedfor 6-7 days but there was no response.
Then he said that company has blocked our whatsapp before taking the advance the whatsapp was allowed.
He also stopped receiving my calls and replying to my emails.

Then anyhow i contacted him, he sent me a revised quotation without changing the amount of the quote.

Then he said sorry sir it was my bad i will revert you again
Then the guy again disappeared for next 5 days.
Now he cam back and sent me quotation with a very wiered price.
I talked to his manager she said yes we will make the amendment and call you back.
They didn't reverted, i called him and talked to them, now they said we cannot reduce the price we can cancel the package.

This is how they wasted my 22days, oyo total holidays is nothing but just a waste of time.
The sales people are just working to take the advance and block the customers.
They aren't working for the customer satisfaction.

Now they are saying that it will take 15days to process the refund.
