We took 2 rooms in oyo property called ginger near railway station. Rooms are very dirty requested them to change but there is no action taken from them. Empty beer bottles are laying in room. Bed sheet are worst and smelling very bad. For my complaint oyo team called after 2days after chectout. Really we faced a tough time. We have to pay full amount before check in. I personally felt oyo is just giving preference for money not to the customers convince. Pics are attached.
