I checked into oyo 11916 varcity plaza;11th cross rd, maruti nagar, 1st stage, btm layout, bangalore.
When i checked in to room #403 on midnight 5th june'18, told the reception there's no malayalam movie channel. Next day again i checked in #301. Then i told mr ranjit gm of this oyo property he told he will activate the malayalam channels in 2 hours... Nothing happened during the entire stay. The manager at reception mr bashid is fine but the other manager from bengal is horrible. He tells the breakfast is served from 8am when asked around 820 am he says it will be served from 8am to 9am. He doesn't understand the requirement of hospitality industry. Two days stay was a nightmare.in one occasion i was stuck up in lift and continued to call the reception some person at the reception arun or varun kept on gossiping... After about 10-15 minutes one waiter opened the lift. The worst part is mr ranjit gm doesnot even respond to the calls... I called around noon 3 oor 4 times he doesnot respond... May be he was shy the malayalam channels were yet to be installed...
For 7th june18 i shifted to varcity abra...
Most intersting part is no manager in the reception share the owner's number to complaint about the gm mr ranjit!!!
Pooooor service... No value of money... How its given 4.6 star i dont understand!!! Was this information helpful? |
