If anyone from Oyo was reading, I was Refering to the communication mentioned above.
The issue happend was, I booked a room at a hotel in Dharwad before I started my jouney from Bangalore via car, when my covid test result arrive at around 3 in the afternoon I paid for the booking as shown in the app online (there was some discount too). The trouble started when I reached hotel and they informed I had to pay the full booking amount again. I was tired and need to rest, so I paid and I was sure there is some technical issue and I could get a refund as it's clearly an issue from Oyo.
But when I called I don't get much support(more than 1 hour I spend in call after all the travel), at the time of checkout I called again and this time with the help of hotel reception I was able to prove that there was some issue with Oyo system, and the support lady asked to share the bank details via mail and I shared it 2 days later.
But today I got a mail saying as discussed they are closing and no refund, (the subject with ticket and booking id wa shared above)
Puzzled at the way a well documented ticket resolution took a 180 degree turn.
I need my money back which I had to pay at hotel coz of oyo technical issue.
