[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — promotional | |||
I seen the promotional thing about downloading the app and getting a room on yall... Well i downloaded the app and used the code and it was my first time booking with oyo... But i still was made to pay for the room... I called customer service and they give me a web address to send a picture of the promotional thing ti the web address but when i went to take a picture... They just all the sudden didnt have any more at the front desk... But i have a friend that litterly just left there right before i pulled up and said he seen the promotional thing in the room when he was walking out... I am wanting either a reimbursement or the free room i should have been given... Like the promotional item said... Was this information helpful? | |||
