[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — received more money and complimentary breakfast at nominal price not provided | |||
Yesterday i have booked oyo room at cost of 749 today i went morning 9.30am but they told you have to enter 11.30am it's not fair... I have booked oyo room for rs.749 and they took amount of rs.875 and in this booking they included complimentary breakfast at that nominal price but they didn't provide the breakfast to us. I booked with the oyo app but now i will receive the sms and call they told you have not stayed we will cancel your booking but my stay is confirmed and finished but in the oyo app it shows cancel your booking and says you have not stayed... What is this your are not able to cheat the customer it's not fair... Was this information helpful? | |||
