From Oyo they had called and talked about the refund, but the system does not refund in the same payment mode, they gave a voucher number to claim only applicable in SBI and ICICI bank. since I don't have an account in both of the bank I tried in ATM machine but says that 6-digit code which is not provided.
What a pathetic service even in rooms and also while refund really... I think you people doesn't value your customers.
Kindly request into this on urgent basis.
