[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund amount not credited of hotel booking modification

Dear sir, I booked hotel park palace oyo 22683 for dates 02/01/2019 - 04/01/2019. And also payed the total amount rs. 7925 at the time of chech-in. But later on due to poor service by the hotel, i modified my booking 02/01/2019 - 03/01/2019. And my refund amount of rs.4515 was processed. Now, its been more than a month since i made modifications in my booking and at same my refund of rs. 4515 was processed by oyo. But the refund amount is yet not credited to my bank account. Kindly process my refund amount to my bank acc. As soon as possible. My booking id is uvpn3508 I also attached snapshots of emails regarding this matter Please review and process my refund. Kindly refund my remaining Rs.1240 to my respective bank account. Also i had attached the snaps proof of the confirmation mail regarding modification and refund processing of amount Rs.4515. As discussed with OYO, they are telling that the amount is transferred to my bank account whose details are : UTR: KKBK[protected] Date:[protected] For booking: UVPN3508 I had also attached bank statement around this date. But as I contacted my branch they are saying that there is no such credit transaction in my account. Sir, please solve my issue and please provide me my refund amount in bank. Regards, Shahrukh

dear sir,
The refund amount approved was of Rs.4515 and only Rs. 3275 was refunded actually. so why my full amount is not refunded? I want total amount to be refunded i.e.Rs 4515

Now this is been a very non responsive situation .strongly dissatisfied by OYO services. Specially return policy.
It's been more than 2 months.
