Booking id - mqir0862 (This one is booking confirmation while booked for 3 rooms in oyo)
On january 25th, 15 days before i booked 3 rooms in oyo (Oyo 25121 bns lodge) for 25th january to 27th january for 7 peoples through oyo customer care.
On 25th january while checkin they did not provided the room as lodge/hotel manager said that oyo client has not blocked the room so we could not provide you the room.
Then i called to oyo customer care and explained the issue, later they started saying sorry n requested me to pay again through offline to hotel manager and i asked why i have to pay again when i have already paid full amount through online 15 days back.
They again started saying sorry for those mistake and promised me that they will refund the amount inr 4958 (Which i had paid before 15 days through online) immediately, and promised that if the bns lodge charged more than inr 4958 they refund the difference amount also (But difference amount will be refund after check out).
But till now they have not refund my amount inr 4958 & difference amount inr 2832 = total inr 7790.
When ever i call to oyo customer care they say due to technical issue your payment got cancel, we have re - initiate your amount again.
Till now they have cancelled/denied my payment 3 times.
According to oyo's procedure is maximum 7 to 14 working days to refund the amount.
From january 25th 2020 to march 3rd 2020 (Its already more than one month)
But they are not ready to give resolution till now.
Every time i call to oyo customer they provide me new complaint number and they are not ready to use/continue with one complaint number
