I tried booking on 8th Jan and my booking Id was IMFS0845. I paid up in two parts the entire booking amount but the payment wasn't reflected in my account for the second part of the transaction which was 1863 INR. I was trying to reach the customer support but no response and the chat support wasn't responsive either. I had to cancel the booking to get in touch with an executive over chat support, but that did not help either.
I want an immediate resolution to this issue. Request the team to please refund my money. I had to rebook paying up the entire amount again for the same dates, ie 8th-9th Jan 2021.
I am attaching the screenshots of the payment receipts for your perusal. Please respond.
