My booking id-aetd5743, i booked a room on 4th april 2019, as i reached the hotel and met the frontdesk, the receptionist while handling the key told me before hand that the tv (Setup box) is not working from past 1week, i immediately told him that i want to cancel the booking as i wanted tv working in room. So when i called oyo customer care and told them that i want to cancel booking and want a full refund, as they kept me on hold for 1.5 hours for confirmation from senior authorities. A senior executive after few minutes called me back named (Narendra choudary) [protected]@oyorooms.com, i told him that i have already spoke to two of his executives regarding the issue, and they both had confirmation from hotel frontdesk that the tv is not working from 1 week. I told them to check the call recording and seek proofs from the recordings, which i am not sure whether they have done or not.in the recording there is clear evidence that the oyo customer care spoke to the frontdesk person and took authentication and also confirmed that the tv is not working. But still after all these 3hours of my talk they refuse to refund my money due to their cheap cancelation policy. My final word is that, the problem is clearly on their side and they want me to take another hotel room from oyo which i refused because i was standing outside for 3hours with luggage and family. I will never book a room ever in oyo again. I want my refund back. Thank you
