[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund for cancelling due to covid

Dear oyo,
I booked a oyo room on 14th july for 15th - 16th july 2022, booking id J85M1837. I cancelled it on morning of 15th july 2022 at 9.30 am as my covid test results came positive. After cancelling the chat support showed my entire amount is not refundable as i cancelled half hour late. I kindly request you to process my refund as soon as possible and i also tried to talk to customer care since 15th july but there was no response. I kindly request you to process my refund as soon as possible.

Oyo rooms has responded to my issue. The refund has been processed today but didn't receive it yet as it will take some days to reflect in account.
