[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund for not using the room

Hi,

As you are aware that the candidates actually checked out from the hotel and didn't stay on 29th night. Could you kindly help me in getting the amount back.

I actually called oyo by 12:00 on 29th and got connected to the hotel and told them that i will want to cancel the booking. The response was that if we clear the room by 2:00 pm then they will cancel the booking and we do not have to pay. My candidates were in training and they rushed to the hotel to check out, whereas i had to pay for the room before they leave the hotel. As i was also travelling, this is what i could do for the candidates at that point, whereas request you to help me in getting the money back for the same now.

Wish to continue further relations with oyo, kindly let me know if there is anything needed on my end.
