I have booked oyo with reference number booking no. Mrgj0521 i have received confirmation also
But when i tried to check in the hotel manger refused booking from oyo and refused my stay. Then i called oyo and they told me to wait they will call hotel, but after waiting 2 hours oyo care or captain has not done any thing. I was wondering here and there at unknown place and i called oyo customer care for more then 30 time but do not got any response form them. Then after hotel owner told us that they have another cottage to stay and there is availability of rooms so he told us to talk with oyo to sift booking. Then after i call to captain mr. Priyanshu mishra to to sift booking but he said it is possible only if we cancel previous booking.
They have cancelled booking by their own and he told me that you will get refund of it within 7 working days. And you have to pay same amount for new booking while check out. I have paid rs 9810 over there.

I have received mail also from niranjan bharanwal (His c. No.[protected]) to make payment and i will receive refund for previous booking.
Also mr. Priyanshu mishra (C. No [protected]) and ravi yadav had mail me on 20th january that i will receive may 3270 rs refund within 7 to 14 working days
And refrence ticket id for that was :[protected]
Even after putting a complaint no refund also. I have not yet received my full refund.
Please take up the issue with oyo.
