Its very regreting to say that i have experienced most worst service so far. I was denied hotel inspite of paying full charges at site the hotel staff denied the room. The oyo customer care without solving any problem refunded only rs270 though i have paid nearly rs1900. I was forced to stay away from the hotel. Is this a service oyo provides to the customer?. Its very shameful to say that. At last i request you to kindly refund my full payment as you have cheated us. My booking id was enxg4692. Check in date was 22-23 dec hotel booked - oyo 8095. Case id 11835893.
