I have booked a room in OYO and it got canceled due to technical issue as per the support team update and money got detected.So, i have claimed for refund and it's been 2 months and i did not get any update.If I call to support team they said it was initiated and I did not received any .I have also shared the bank statement as per their request.I am not getting any proper reply and until unless I call them I am not getting any reply call or mail from the tem.
