[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund Issue against OYO 18508

I booked (paid) a room in OYO 18508 on 22nd November 2020 around 2 PM. When I arrived there around 4 PM the lady at the reception, first hesitated to give the room as we said that we already paid for our stay. She kept us waiting and after some discussions with her other staffs, she agreed to give us room. And then she asked for our identity proofs, though I didn't have a hard copy of my adhar card with me I definitely had the soft copy which is also legitimate but the lady denied our stay saying that it won't work and we have to cancel our booking. She also assured me that the money will be refunded to my account. When I asked the OYO services to refund my money that is on 25th November 2020, they are saying that that have some 9 AM policy and if so then why did the lady despite knowing the policy told us to cancel the booking. They first created the inconvenience and then conned us to cancel the booking.
