[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund issue regarding customer executive service

I booked oyo metro view inn on 28 March and paid the payment online through oyo apps but the booking was not confirmed as app was saying to pay extra 365 rs and then I called the oyo customer service for my refund then your executive initiated another booking without my permission and made me pay 239 rs and then cancelled both the bookings without my permission and now I have lost 1000 rupees and I want my whole refund of both the bookings.
