[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund issues

On 31st of august 2019 i placed a prepaid booking in oyo 40684 crown plaza (Booking id:tgwd9240). My booking was made for 1st of september 2019 to 2nd of september 2019 for 1 night. When i went into the hotel, they told me couples are not allowed in this hotel but i had made this booking after reading the terms and conditions and in the terms and conditions it was clearly mentioned that it's couple friendly because i always use the filter of couple friendly hotels in oyo app so there was no chance of mistake from my side and i have proof as well that it was couple friendly hotel when i made the booking. After that i was left with nothing except of complete denial for check-in. So i tried reaching oyo customer care but they just kept on keeping me on hold. After making rigorous numbers of calls i decided to make another prepaid booking while walking on the road in the scorching heat. I made booking in hotel the oyo 3993 hotel churuwala inn (Booking id :zueo7846). So after booking, i went for the hotel churuwala inn but after reaching there the hotel denied check-in because of the tariff issue. I couldn't understand that completely but i understood that this is the problem between the hotel and the oyo but i am the one who is suffering. The hotel churuwala inn asked me that if i want the room in the hotel then i will have to pay in cash and will have to cancel through oyo, so i denied. Then after that i made the prepaid booking in oyo 41874 laxmi guest house (Booking id :luej4825) and reached there around 5 in the evening. During this booking and being denied for check-in i was being assisted by one of the oyo assistance. She helped me through check-in in laxmi guest house but apart from that she told me that she had canceled my earlier two bookings and refund has been initiated and it will reach to my account in 7-14 working days but it's 21st of september 2019 but not a single penny have been credited to my account. This is not end of the problems that oyo had made me face. After receiving the mail of refund i replied to it that why only refund is initiated have been written? Why not full refund is written? Then i got a mail from oyo that i will receive full refund and i had received this mail on 9th of september 2019. Again after that on 17th of september i replied to the mail about the refund status but i didn't received any response, so next day i made the call to oyo customer care. He told me that one of the refund is not initiated and he is initiating the refund now. So again i called the oyo customer care regarding the transaction number of the refund then he mailed me the transaction number but the twist is that when i again called the oyo customer care regarding the date of refund and why refund is taking so long then they told me that one of the refund is not initiated (Again this happened) but i don't understand that then how come i was provided with the transaction number of the refund if refund was not initiated. I have received many mails that refund have been initiated and will be credited in 7-14 working days and whenever i make calls to oyo customer they tell me either refund is initiated or not initiated and sometimes they also tell me that it has reached to my account. Seriously? How can you lie multiple number of times? I have already suffered a lot on 1st of september 2019 by paying huge cab charges on that day because of shifting in hotels and my precious 4 hours was wasted on the road and the mental and physical pressure i went through during that 4 hours is something beyond explanation. Please don't make me more suffer, i have already called oyo multiple number of times and had also mailed and had received mail with no permanent solution multiple number of times. I request to please take quick action regarding this and please refund my money.

I have never seen such a irresponsible company. I don't know why oyo service i getting degraded day by day. They are either confused or are intentionally doing that, i don't understand. In oyo app the 1234 is refundable amount as well as 1235, then the app is claiming that refund is processed as well it's successful. On the other hand i am getting text messages that will get confirmation after sometime that refund is approved or not. And this is not the first time it's happening. This is 3rd or 4th time in the last 25 days. It's really bad to see such a unprofessional behavior by a reputated company.

My issue hasn't be addressed. I have been repeatedly asking for the transaction ID or payment proof but your team has failed to do so. If payment is made then there must be payment proof. That's all what i am asking for.
