Regarding my booking id-dubz5936 which i cancelled on march 6th 2020 for which oyo has issued a refund which has failed and oyo has acknowledged that the refund has failed through thier whatsapp medium to me. And they have initiated the refund for the 4th time which has failed. I called their customer care multiple times to refund to one of my other bank accounts since their refund to the original source payment paypal has failed 4 times. Iam stuck waiting for the refund. Oyo has said they initiated a refund but i seriously doubt it becuase if they have initiated a refund they did not provide me any transaction id for the refund till now. Their customer care is absolutely pathetic interms of providing any resolution and hence iam approaching consumer complaints forum. Hope you will resolve the issue swiftly. Thank you.

Updated by maximusdecimus85 Its not credited with the bank as oyo has not provided any transaction id if they have initiated a refund.This has been a nuisance dealing with oyo.Oyo is the only company which can intiate a refund without a transaction id in the country.Prove a resolution to the problem as it has been pending from MARCH 6TH.
