Respected sir,
I am kamal, on 10 december we booked a hotel in alapuzha by using oyo rooms app and did payment using my debit card, and we booked a wrong hotel then we cancelled it in very few minutes, then we called customer care they assured us that they will refund it, and we booked a right hotel using same oyo app, and paid, now its 31 december yesterday i called them and asked money was not refunded, they said it was refunded, but i dont receive any amount in my account, they are lying, it has been 21 days, my booking id was teli4315... Now i need my money rs.823... If they don't ill surely make a complaint on consumer court... Thank you.
