Mistake date is wrong so i call oyo customer care but oyo no modifying my date because of hotel room are sold out.. And oyo telling me you are already checked in hotel we are not refund your money. Then I am telling executive I m not checked in hotel then executive talking with conference call with owner.. Owner telling him by mistake checked in showing . Pls tell me oyo what is your policy without checking in hotel owner owner room alloted.. Pls refund my money 1916

Oyo mention in your policy same day booking is not cancelled...after booking within 15 min I m calling again nd again in oyo but not respondWhen u show check in nd check out.. Booking no X0030849 I m complaint in oyo with booking details..by mistake I m booked room on wrong date. Then I m calling after 15 min of booking in oyo but oyo told me it's reservation department again nd again I m calling but they told me same answer.. Nd 1 executive told me u r already check in hotel. But I m told him I m not check in hotel then I m calling hotel owner nd executive on conference call but owner told him by mistake check in show.. Then executive told me ma'am after check in we are not refund money... How it's possible I m not check in .owners faculty it is.. Oyo only give 80 rupees.. I want to my full refund. . I m attaching file I m not checkin but check in hotel show. Without check in stay completed...
