Mr. Rahul kumar (Rahulkumarr. [protected]@oyorooms.com) who is from the sales department of oyo had contacted me regarding getting a room in varanasi.
I had then mentioned i wanted a room which was couple friendly and also close to the temple.
So i booked a room at (Hotel name: hotel chaitanya inn
Ph. No. [protected]) by paying an amount of rs.17210 using my credit card.
But when my client (Mr. Vishwanadha varma) reached the location it turned out to be nearly 2 hours away from temple and even his car couldn't enter the lane to the hotel.
That hotel premises was remotely located due to which he had to step out of the car and walk for a long distance. After reaching out to the property owner (Hotel name: hotel chaitanya inn
Ph. No. [protected]), he informed the client that the hotel is in the total opposite direction from the temple. Also the route from the hotel to the temple is very haphazard.
Based on this the client booked another hotel and this particular booking (Id: nuof8590) was made as a no show.
After this happened despite multiple calls to oyo customer care where i had a number of chats with customer care executives and "guest experience managers" no refund has been initiated. During these talks i had to connect to the hotel proprietor and the customer as well for their input but to no avail.
At first the various customer care executives and "guest experience managers" said they will initiate the refund asap but later they said i have to contact the sales agent whose details i mentioned above for the refund but there is no way to reach him via phone. The customer care refused to give his number to me. They only provided the above mentioned email id which is not accepting emails from outside oyo probably because of a firewall.
So now i am unable to reach him in any way.
Many tickets have been raised in their portal for the same but of no use to me.
I now need a resolution for the following from oyo:
1. Your so-called trained customer care executives have been telling me to reach the sales agent without giving me proper contact info. So how can i reach him because my mails are not reaching him due to your firewalls? Also you people are unable to give me his phone details.
2. About the refund, how soon can i expect it as it has been 4 days since this ordeal has started for me?
3. For your information this property was suggested by the sales agent of oyo who totally misguided me since i have no idea about varanasi. It was utterly a disastrous mistake on his part for booking this hotel for us. So it is in no way that it is my mistake which oyo is trying to claim.

5. Since the hotel person is saying that the amount was not received by him also, where has the money gone?
So to finish my concern i would like all the above complaints to be resolved asap.
