I had booked room in Oyo 78953 Flagship Ram Leela Rameswaram from Sep 30 2023 to October 2 2023 by paying 4746 through Gpay. My booking ID is[protected]. When I went to the hotel they denied my stay saying that no rooms are available and cancelled my booking. When I called the customer support they disconnected my call making me wait for more than 30 mins. I nearly tried 10 times but no response. I have no proper details of my refund from OYO.
