When i was moving in oyo living (Now oyo life) i was asked to pay the rent and security deposit earlier. I was moving in by 1 jan 2019 so i was supposed to pay my rent before moving in. When i payed the rent for first time it was failed, but the rent amount rs.12000 was deducted, so i've paid the rent again. The transaction was done on 28 dec 2018. I didn't refund till now (3 apr 2019). When contacted bank they told me that it was a valid transaction and approved by oyo, but when contacted oyo they are always asking for 3 days time to reply to my query and they are saying that the refund has been provided by 28 dec 2018 itself, but i've not received any. I've mailed them and contacted them through phone, but they are not responding correctly nor giving an answer. Even today (3 april 2019) they asked for 2 to 3 days extra for confirmation. I've attached my statement below as i have'nt received any refund from oyo. Was this information helpful? |
