[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund not received if I paid before check in.

I book one day before. And made payment via icici debit card, because it was written i will get 40% off. I have not received any 40% discount.
Secondly. I cancelled my booking 2 hours before checkin. I was hoping for refund. But customer support says its not possible if you cancel before 24 hours.

If i would not have made any payment, in that case they can cancel any time.
But mistake i made by paying them before checkin. It clearly shows never to pay before checkin. If they somehow gets your money. They are not going to return.

Stupid cancellation policy. I thought paying before checkin will have some benefits. But the way oyo
