Room booked on oyo for 3 days from 13 to 16 Sep 2017. While check in, i paid rent for all 3 days. But the due the bad condition of the room and utilities, i called the customer care. They have change my accommodation to another hotel, whose rent was lower than what i paid at first hotel. The customer care team promised that the excess amount paid will be refunded with in 7 day.
Today, it is morethan 45 days, they have not refunded. Meanwhile, i have been calling the customer care, they always give commitment of refund but never respected.
