I booked a room in hotel gemini inn id: vwka6495 this morning, initially my booking was confirmed and then as the hotel have no rooms (The customer service gave me the wrong information that ' the hotel is under construction'. But i enquired the hotel about occupancy and have seen people waiting for rooms who booked from oyo) they shifted my property to another hotel named the royal regency.
Then i moved to the shifted hotel the royal regency, when i enquired in reception they told me 'the hotel didn't get any confirmation from oyo'.
I called once again the customer service and enquired about the issue, they are giving me some information like' they have got some issues with hotel and not alloting rooms and i should be waiting'.
1) i am new to chennai, came here an important interview.
2) i have to travel twice to hotel location, and spent nearly rs 300 on cabs.
3) made a request to customer service.
4) even then i have to wait to confirm my booking after wandering for nearly 2 hours in the name of oyo.
5) so i have cancelled my booking, fedup with them.
6) got information like no refund of money.
Making a customer suffer in unknown place, how could you put the blame on my end, don't refund my money.
Please look through the issue.
