I have booked hotel through OYO And the alloted hotel name was champion comfort at Bangalore . I have made the payment Of Rs 3326/- on 05/07/2021. But when I went to check in the hotel, the person in the reception had denied us for check in and told that no payment was made to them and there is no confirmation from OYO to them. But my amount got debited and I got the msg too which I m forwarding below:

I ve tried and contacted so many times to OYO and Your people will divert my calls . With my infant and old parents I was Travelling and got very very bad experience with OYO and got humiliated By you people. Till now I ve not received my refund amount back for which I ve paid . Here I am sharing the screenshot with you. I got harassed by moving here and there with my infant and old parents. I request you to refund my money which I paid .
Please do the needful and stop harassing people. You can’t imagine the situation when a lady with old parents and baby of 6 month old will be suffering in a unknown city here and there. Show some humanity at least. It’s almost 3 months passed and I didn’t get my refund yet.
